Digital Ad Operations Director

As the Digital Ad Ops Director, you'll play a pivotal role within our dynamic digital team, overseeing the meticulous execution and trafficking of client campaigns.

Collaborating closely with our client service and digital media teams, you'll ensure the seamless implementation of campaigns while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities
  • Managing and leading a team of at least one, including a senior ad ops role, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  • Collaborating effectively with both analytics and media teams to facilitate seamless integration between ad operations and data analytics.
  • Manage quality assurance for ad trafficking, creation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools to analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and present findings in a clear and visually compelling manner.
  • Configure attribution models and provide insights to enhance campaign performance.
  • Deliver regular status updates and reports to internal teams, clients, and account management, highlighting campaign progress and addressing any outstanding deliverables or issues.
  • Recommend campaign setup frameworks aligned with media plan objectives, optimizing reporting and performance outputs.
  • Actively contribute to account status meetings, team updates, and client engagements.
  • Identify and escalate potential challenges to relevant stakeholders, proposing solutions as needed.
  • Share best practices to optimize campaign launches and streamline workflow processes.
  • Conduct floodlight audits across client sites and develop tagging strategies as required.
  • Provide technical support to clients during campaign setup, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
What you bring to the table
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management skills, capable of thriving under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools to analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and present findings in a clear and visually compelling manner.
  • The ability to understand and navigate the workflow between teams will be crucial in ensuring accurate tagging and translating data into actionable insights for reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in adserving and ad management technologies, including Campaign Manager 360, Flashtalking, etc.
  • 7+ years of experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to listen effectively.
Additional Desired Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with HTTP response codes and their meanings.
