Job Title: Paid Search and Digital Media Manager

Full Time/Part Time: Full-time

Reports to: Digital Director

Summary:

Walz Tetrick’s ideal candidate will not only know how to execute and manage paid search and media campaigns, but also utilize the results from any campaign as research for on-going optimization of a client’s entire marketing mix. They will understand how to budget across channels to maximize efficiency and exceed client business goals. We need an individual who can collaborate with a team to do the best work of their career.

You will need to be nimble. You will be asked to provide solutions across many different business categories to achieve very different business goals. The position will change and evolve quickly, and the candidate will drive much of that evolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage paid search and media campaigns
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Implement paid digital marketing best practices within the agency
  • Analyze performance data and competitive research to identify strategic opportunities for our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies
  • Develop digital media reporting processes and provide business insights
  • Maintain the desire to do great work

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate to drive solutions
  • Ability to lead and complete concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
  • Experience presenting analysis and recommendations in a way that’s most relevant for a given audience
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • Experience with paid search and media partners
  • Data visualization skills are a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in either a paid search or digital media role
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience
