How did we inspire a community to take a fresh look at their local hospital?

After a remodeling project gave Western Missouri Medical Center a much-needed facelift, they asked WTA to reintroduce their hospital to Warrensburg, Missouri, and surrounding communities. We responded with a print, radio and outdoor campaign designed to grab the attention of the primary medical decision-maker in most families—Mom. We used unexpected scenarios to elicit a smile, and then followed up with sound reasons the target audience should make WMMC their valued partner for health.

The campaign tied individual practice areas to the partnership position. Our goal was to avoid the stereotypical images that render healthcare providers virtually indistinguishable from each other.

By highlighting key advantages within each practice, we were able to promote specific service lines while elevating the overall brand image.
